   thanks for the advice! i'm just learning about the discipline thing right now! I need to get better about paying off my debt. btw, if you don't mind, around how much were you making, a ballpark figure? I know I need to curb my spending but I think I also need to work on improving my income.

   There's no doubt in my mind Barack Obama will do a great job for this country. It's going to be a lot of work to do, but he's going to implement a lot of great ideas to help the economy, in particular.
   
   I heard that 740,000 jobs were lost during the last year alone. That's a crying shame for what should be the strongest country in the world. It's hard to believe that the national debt has increased to unbelievable proportions in only the last eight years alone.
   
   Obviously, the war on terror has a lot of to do with that but it still doesn't seem like the soon-to-be previous administration did a great job to say the least. Under the circumstances, I think they did the a decent job but there's a reason George W. Bush's approval rating reached an all-time low, and the fact he endorsed John McCain didn't help his chances of earning more votes around the country.
